Our promise
We are so confident in our Prime prices that if you find something cheaper within 24 hours of booking your flight or hotel with us, we will refund you twice the difference.
What do I need to get the Best Price Guarantee refund?
To get your refund, you need to be a Prime member and the offer from the competing provider (airline or hotel) must match our offer in the following criteria:

Same trip details, including:
- light number and itinerary
- check-in/check-out dates,
- airports/destination
- passenger type and number involved in the trip (e.g. number of adults, children or babies)
- fare type and ancillary conditions (baggage, seating, inclusive meals/beverages etc) and class (for exampleEconomy, Business, etc) or room type.
- Same cancellation policy.
- Same currency and form of payment used.
Restrictions
You will not be eligible for a refund if
- you are an employee of eDreams ODIGEO.
- the competing offer is from another eDreams ODIGEO brand (eg Opodo, eDreams, Travellink, GoVoyages)
- you are not a Prime member.
- the competing offer is part of a loyalty programme.
- you do not provide evidence for one or more of the criteria outlined above (eg if it does not specify the accommodation type).
- your screenshots do not include the time/date showing when they were taken, or the final booking step (prior to completing the booking).
- we have reason to believe that the evidence provided has been falsified or compromised.
We reserve the right to check the details provided, on the website specified, within 24 hours of submission of your Price Guarantee request. If we cannot find evidence of such an offer, your claim may be declined.
This Best Price Guarantee only applies to flights and hotels, and does not apply to any other booking type (eg car, hotel+flight, etc).
Your refund will be 2x the difference between the price of the competing offer and your Prime booking, but will be capped at 80% of the total price of your Prime booking.
From time to time, we may offer a Best Price Guarantee with a higher refund amount (for example, 3x the difference or more). These offers are limited in time and can only be redeemed by any Prime member once per year You must fulfil the above criteria and also have been a Prime member continuously for over 30 days in order to be eligible for these special offers.
How do I get the Best price guarantee refund?
Use this form to submit your request within the first 24 hours after booking your Prime flight or hotel on eDreams’ website.
- Write “Best price guarantee request for flight” or “Best price guarantee request for hotel” in the subject field.
- Select “Claim” from the “Contact Reason” dropdown menu, then choose “Best price guarantee”’ from the “Category” field that follows.
- Add a short description of the competing provider’s offer and the link to it.
- Attach screenshots of both our offer and the competing offer (including all fees and taxes) and showing all criteria as outlined above.
How do I get the Best price guarantee refund?
If we have all the required information, we will check that the competing offer meets the conditions above. If it does, we will start processing your refund.
We will deposit your refund in the bank account you used to make your booking. In the case of a hotel stay, payment will be executed after your stay has been completed & validated.
Please note that it may take up to 10 working days to arrive in your account.
